Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how PharmaReady collects, uses, and shares your information.
Who We Are and What This Policy Covers
PharmaReady provides AI-powered career tools — including CV analysis, interview preparation, and LinkedIn optimisation — for professionals targeting Medical Affairs and MSL roles. This policy covers the information we collect when you use our website and services.
Deleting Your Data
You can delete your account and data from your profile dashboard at any time, or email pharmaready@novahealth.pro to request deletion.
Information We Collect
We only collect information about you if we have a reason to do so — to provide our services, to communicate with you, or to make our services better. We collect it in three ways: from what you provide directly, automatically as you use the service, and from outside sources.
Information You Provide to Us
Account information: To create an account we require an email address. You may optionally add your name and other profile details.
Content you submit: CV content you upload, LinkedIn snippets you paste, interview answers you record, target role and seniority, and any other information you provide to receive an analysis.
Information We Collect Automatically
Usage information: We use Google Analytics to collect information about how you use PharmaReady — page views, features used, approximate location, device and browser characteristics. This helps us understand what's working and what to improve.
Cookies and similar technologies: We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure usage.
Information We Collect from Other Sources
If you sign in with a third-party provider such as Google, we receive basic profile information (such as your name and email) through that provider's standard authorisation flow.
How and Why We Use Information
We use the information described above to: provide and maintain the service (set up your account, store your CV, generate analyses); develop and improve features; understand how users interact with PharmaReady; measure and improve our marketing; detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues; communicate with you about your account, updates, and offers; and personalise your experience for the Medical Affairs job market.
AI Processing
CV content, LinkedIn text, interview answers, and other content you submit are sent to AI model providers strictly to fulfil your requests (for example, to produce an analysis or rewrite). We do not permit these providers to use your content to train their models.
Sharing Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the limited circumstances below, with appropriate safeguards:
- Employees and contractors who need access to operate the service, under confidentiality obligations.
- Third-party vendors that help us run PharmaReady, including: Stripe for payment processing and subscription renewals; Google Analytics for usage analytics; and our cloud infrastructure providers for hosting, database, authentication, and storage.
- Legal requests — in response to a subpoena, court order, or other lawful governmental request.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user information may be transferred. This Privacy Policy will continue to apply to your information.
- With your consent — when you direct us to share information.
Data Storage and Security
Uploaded CVs and your analysis history are stored in private storage scoped to your user account. Access is enforced by row-level security, and data is encrypted in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard practices.
Your Choices
Limit what you provide: Beyond an email address, what you add to your profile and submit for analysis is up to you.
Opt out of promotional emails: Follow the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. We may still send transactional messages about your account.
Browser cookie controls: You can configure your browser to block or remove cookies. Some features may not work properly without them.
Close your account: You can delete your account from your dashboard, which permanently removes your data.
Your Rights (GDPR and similar laws)
If you are located in the EEA, the UK, or another jurisdiction with comparable data-protection laws, you have rights — subject to legal exemptions — including the right to:
- Request access to your personal data;
- Request correction or deletion of your personal data;
- Object to our use and processing of your personal data;
- Request that we limit our use and processing of your personal data; and
- Request portability of your personal data.
To exercise any of these rights, email pharmaready@novahealth.pro.
International Transfers
PharmaReady is offered worldwide. Information about you may be processed, stored, or accessed outside the European Economic Area, including by our service providers. When we transfer data internationally we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
Ads and Analytics Services
We use Google Analytics to understand how PharmaReady is used. Google may set cookies and collect information about your interactions in line with its own privacy policy. We do not currently run third-party ad networks on the service.
